LG Sonic B.V. pioneers sustainable water management with ultrasonic technology and aims to become the leader in surface water management. To achieve our ambitious goal, we are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success / After Sales team. This role will play a crucial part in scaling up our company by serving both new and existing clients.

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Take the lead in managing relationships with a designated client base. Act as the main point of contact and liaison within our organization.

Customer Advocacy: Champion customer feedback and ideas, ensuring they are effectively communicated across departments.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction levels.

Hands-On Support: Address customer needs and support the team with hands-on involvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and listening skills in English. Spanish or Portuguese are a plus!
  • Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented and independent mentality with basic skills in technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong initiative to improve the customer experience and education.
  • Authorized to work in the Netherlands and live close to our office in Zoetermeer (within a 30km radius).
  • Available 40 hours a week in our office in Zoetermeer.
