Office Manager in an innovative Green-Tech Water Business

Are you someone with enthusiasm for office management? Do you want to work for a water industry pioneer?

We are looking for full-time Office Manager (Dutch speaking), who wants to join an international, young and dynamic team, contributing to the company’s growth.

The ideal candidate can perform administration duties, coordinate transport and make sure the office is in top shape for the team and guests. As our Office Manager you play an important role in day-to-day operations of LG Sonic and ensure a productive workplace.

What will you do?

Our Office Manager coordinates administration, transport and the office itself.

Main activities over the week include processing of invoices and payments, arranging transport, being the first point of contact, helping arrange events or meetings, arranging office matters and invoicing customers. This is supported by the accountants, logistics companies and supervised/supported by operations.

  • Accounts payables via Exact Online and mail
  • Accounts receivables via CRM
  • Global transport via UPS or other logistics companies
  • Organizing administration of personnel (payroll) and finance
  • Office upkeep and agenda scheduling

The role of an office manager means being in the center of the organization as your co-workers will come to you with various requests and so will the external relations. The work is fast paced and requires great problem solving and information finding skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (both C1)
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience in administration and organizing, 5+ years
  • Eye for detail, both in admin and the office
  • Problem-solving and information literacy
  • Growth mindset, focus on learning and action-oriented
  • Allowed to work in The Netherlands and living in Randstad close-by our office in Zoetermeer (30km radius)
  • Available 40 hours a week in our office
