To reach our goal, we are seeking a Water Quality Analyst to join our Customer Success / After Sales team and help scale up the company through our new and existing clients!

Key Responsibilities:

What Will You Do?

As a Water Quality Analyst, you will:

  • Generate reports and insights on water quality data collected from clients.
  • Support the creation of Client KPIs based on data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to address customer needs and provide technical support.
  • Ensure customer feedback related to water quality is effectively communicated and acted upon within the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation.
  • Studies in Biology, Marine Biology, or Water-related fields.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English. Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
  • Solution-oriented and self-driven, with a passion for enhancing the company’s water insights capabilities.
  • Authorized to work in the Netherlands and live close to our office in Zoetermeer (30km radius).
  • Available 40 hours a week in our office in Zoetermeer.
