In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure you that we have comprehensive procedures in place to protect our stakeholders and avoid interruptions to our service.

The health and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners is our priority. Building upon recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), LG Sonic is adopting new travel restrictions. We suspend all international travel and all LG Sonic employees are encouraged to hold meetings and events virtually.

We remain committed to providing the superior service and support. To ensure your success, we have the following measures in place:

LG Sonic is a global company, with offices in the USA, Europe, MENA, and Latin America. At many locations around the world, we have already established local installation teams that can help you with the installation. In cases where an installation team cannot come to the site, LG Sonic will ship the systems fully assembled. This allows our customers to deploy the system themselves, while LG Sonic assists the commissioning virtually, through meeting software and our online software.

LG Sonic has taken several measures to ensure our manufacturing process can go on, therefore, we do not expect any delays in handling your orders. In order to plan transport adequately, we encourage to place orders in time. We have also verified our suppliers’ ability to supply raw materials to our sites to continue running our manufacturing sites.

As a result of new travel restrictions and to minimise the risk of exposure, LG Sonic is withdrawing its attendance at the exhibitions and conferences below:

  • Algae Bloom & HAB Remediation
  • AWWA North Carolina
  • NYS Federation of Lake Associations Annual Conference
