Key Responsibilities of B2B Sales Manager:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and supporting their growth and performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand into new markets.
- CRM Oversight: Ensure the team maintains up-to-date CRM records, regularly reviewing entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Drive accurate sales forecasting, working closely with the team to refine data and ensure projections align with organizational goals.
- Account Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and distributors, to support long-term growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position LG Sonic solutions effectively.
- Event Representation: Represent LG Sonic at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills of B2B Sales Manager:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in water technology, environmental solutions, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in team management, with a track record of motivating and guiding sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to drive CRM discipline within the team.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, with an ability to align projections accurately with team data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
